We process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 working hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-8 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp after dispatch.

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery. A ₹199 COD charge is applicable. A ₹500 advance payment is required, and the remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

We offer a 3-day return only for damaged or incorrect items. A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and complete product opening is required to validate any return request. Returns without video proof will not be accepted. To initiate return request click here.

For all returns (COD or prepaid), a ₹199 handling fee applies. Products must be self-shipped to our address. Refunds are processed after verification and video review, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your account as per our conversation and mutual confirmation.
